Achim Schauerte – London

Strategy Director – Droga 5
In his role as Strategy Director at Droga 5 London (AdAge International Agency of the Year 2020) Achim is working at the intersection of brand, experience and comms strategy and is responsible for leading and growing some of their major accounts. Over the past 15 years, he has worked across every possible discipline, agency type and category, including stints at Ogilvy, Razorfish and BBH. He has helped shape IPA Effectiveness and creatively awarded work for clients like Amazon, Audi, British Airways, Coca-Cola, The Guardian, Johnnie Walker, McDonald’s, Unilever and others. He also worked client-side at startups like Deliveroo.
He has been a teacher at the Miami Ad School ‘Planning Bootcamp’ for 5 years now and helped initiate and develop the new Creative Strategy Diploma to share his experience with the next generation of strategists from around the world. 

Måns Tesch – Singapore

Chief Strategy Officer - APAC & MEA – GREY
Måns leads Grey’s strategy community across the AMEA region. A Swede based in Singapore (since 2017), he’s previously worked in London & Stockholm at agencies like Crispin Porter+Bogusky, Wieden+Kennedy, Razorfish, Fallon & Lowe.
He also founded pioneering digital creative shop Tesch & Tesch (Lowe Tesch from 2002) and brand innovation consultancy Tesch London

Fernando Ribeiro – São Paulo

Global Chief Strategy Officer – GUT agency
Fer has been working as a strategist for almost 18 years on brands including Google, Uber, Spotify, Coca-Cola, Burger King, Popeyes, Tim Hortons, among others. Before joining GUT, he worked at shops including 72andSunny Amsterdam, BBH London and DAVID.
Besides working in ad agencies, he studied Contemporary Art and Art Curation at the UAL in London, and taught creative process at the School of Life in Amsterdam. 

Agathe Guerrier – Los Angeles

Global Chief Strategy Officer – TBWA\Worldwide
As the Chief Strategy Officer for TBWA\Worldwide, Agathe leads strategy across the entire global collective. Her core remit is the ongoing evolution of the agency’s Disruption® methodology and operating system, alongside heading up brand and business strategy, creative experience design, TBWA’s cultural intelligence unit, Backslash, and its connected intelligence platform, Knowledge. She plays a critical role in shaping Disruptive, business-building creative outcomes within the collective, and ensuring unconventional thinking at every step across clients’ experience ecosystems. 
Before joining TBWA, Agathe was at BBH LA as Head of Strategy, focusing on disruptor brands in the entertainment and technology space including T-Mobile, Google, Quibi and NBC Universal. She was instrumental in developing and piloting BBH LA’s brand-owned IP model (BBH Entertainment), which pioneered new ways for brands to partner with Hollywood creators and put shows on air - Girls Room, a show developed for Dove and written by Lena Waithe, picked up the prestigious Tribeca X awards for Best Series in 2020.

Natasha Jakubowski – New York

Managing Partner, Chief Innovation Officer – Anomaly
Natasha has been at the forefront of introducing brand strategy into the world of innovation helping clients create new brands, re-imagine legacy models and identify new white space business, product and marketing opportunities. At Anomaly, she has helped fuel innovation, design and creative business thinking to transform client businesses as diverse as P&G to Google, Diageo to Abbott, NBC Universal to Unilever, as well as helping create successful IP including dosist, a leading medicinal cannabis brand, EOS lip balm and Obie reproductive health app.
Prior to Anomaly, Natasha was at Redscout, an Innovation Consultancy, where she led the strategic development of new business ideas, brands and products. And prior to that Natasha was a strategic planner at advertising agencies in New York and London.

Christina Gregory – New York

Group Director of Communications Strategy – Anomaly
As Group Comms Strategy Director, Christina brings solutions to life by architecting where, when and how brands must engage for optimal impact; pushing the boundaries of what 'communications' can be. Media-bred, creatively-driven, Christina joined Anomaly after 10+ years on the media agency side, including time at Zenith-Optimedia, PHD, & Mindshare, where she helped build the Comms Strategy practice.
She has developed the communications, partnership, influencer, and go to market strategies across iconic brands such as; American Express and Google, as well as scrappy startups like Cruise Automation & Obie Health.

Tom Roach – London

VP Brand Planning – Jellyfish
With 20+ years’ experience in some of the world’s best communications agencies, Tom is one of the most awarded advertising strategists in the world, and has multiple Gold IPA Effectiveness awards to his name. With an industry-wide reputation for championing the commercial impact of marketing communications and the importance of creative effectiveness, his thought leadership is widely read and shared across the marketing world.
He recently moved to Jellyfish from adam&eveDDB, where he was Executive Strategy Director and Head of Effectiveness, and worked alongside the ‘Godfather of Effectiveness’ Les Binet. Prior to that he spent seven years at BBH London, three at Leo Burnett and ten at AMV BBDO.
In his new role as VP Brand Planning at Jellyfish he has joined a growing team of brand and communications strategists. He will be leading Jellyfish’s position on brand performance – bridging the divide between brand and performance marketing thinking and practice to deliver more effective marketing for their clients. He works across their global client portfolio, with an emphasis on communications strategies that bring brand and creative thinking to Jellyfish’s digital-first execution.

Kate Nettleton – London

GROUP STRATEGY DIRECTOR –  VCCP London
Kate recently she has accepted an offer to run Group Strategy at VCCP London. Before that she worked as the head of strategy at Sky’s in-house agency Sky Creative, Kate is the expert in how creativity can unlock commercial success. Having cut her teeth as an industry journalist at Campaign magazine, she moved to Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe, working on brands like Oxfam, Vodafone and the BBC, before moving to BBH. There she worked on some of the best known International and European brands including Audi, Heinz, and Tesco. Kate is a firm believer that culturally impactful work can be sold to any client with the right strategic understanding of their businesses.

Oscar Nicholson – Brisbane
